Amazon FBA Support
Ecom Fulfil provides hands-on Amazon FBA preparation and seller-authorised Seller Central support for inbound FBA shipments. As part of our fulfilment service, and only with the seller’s permission, we may access relevant areas of Seller Central to create and manage inbound FBA shipments, generate and apply FNSKU product labels, confirm box contents and quantities, generate carton or shipment labels, and monitor shipments through to Amazon fulfilment centres. This access is used solely to carry out the fulfilment services requested by the seller. The seller remains the account owner and retains control of their Amazon Seller Central account at all times.
FBA Shipment Creation
With the seller's authorisation, we can create and manage inbound FBA shipments in Seller Central using the stock and quantities being prepared.
Product & FNSKU Labels
We generate the required product labels from Seller Central and apply them accurately to prepared stock in line with FBA requirements.
Box Content & Carton Labels
We confirm box contents and quantities and generate the required carton labels so each shipment is prepared correctly for dispatch to Amazon.
Shipment Monitoring
We monitor inbound shipment progress in Seller Central and support clients with shipment-related issues where required.
Secure Amazon Seller Central Support
We support Amazon sellers with agreed operational and fulfilment tasks using secure, permission-based access to Seller Central. Access is granted by the seller and is used only where necessary to provide the requested services. You remain the owner of your Seller Central account and retain control of your account, products and commercial decisions at all times.
Permission-Based Access
Access to Seller Central is provided through Amazon’s authorised user permissions. We do not require ownership of your account. You decide which permissions are granted and can change or revoke our access at any time.
Account Security
We never ask for or require your Amazon account password or login credentials. Access is provided through authorised user permissions and is limited to the functions necessary to perform the services you have requested.
Limited & Relevant Access
We only access the areas of Seller Central required to carry out the agreed fulfilment services, such as creating and managing inbound shipments, generating labels and monitoring shipment progress. We do not request access to unrelated areas or information that is not required to provide those services.
How We Work With Amazon Sellers
Our support works alongside your existing Amazon business. You remain the seller of record and retain ownership and control of your Seller Central account, inventory, products, pricing and commercial decisions. Ecom Fulfil acts as an independent fulfilment service provider, carrying out only the operational tasks you authorise us to perform. This can include preparing and labelling stock, creating and managing inbound FBA shipments, confirming box contents, generating shipment labels and monitoring shipments through to Amazon fulfilment centres. We do not sell your products or take ownership of your Amazon account.
